Levels 1A, 1B Girls

Levels 1A and 1B girls are eligible to perform the role of Mice and Lead Mice. Mice and Lead Mice dance in Act 1. Please note: all schedules are subject to change. Families will be notified of these changes via email.


In-Studio Rehearsal Schedule

Saturdays, 1:45-2:45pm; October 5th - December 7th (no rehearsal November 30th)


Theatre Rehearsal Schedule - Mandatory Availability

Students may or may not be called for all of the times listed, but must keep ALL of these dates available. Final Theater call times will be released by November 1st.  All rehearsals listed below will be at the California Theatre. These drop off and pick up times may shift as production needs become more clear

Tech/Dress rehearsal: Wednesday, December 11th, 5:00-7:15pm (Group 1)
Tech/Dress rehearsal: Thursday, December 12th, 5:30-7:30pm (Group 2, possible Group 3)
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 13th, 6:15-8:20 pm (Group 1)


Performance Schedule: MANDATORY AVAILABILITY

Mice and Lead Mice are in the following performances. We plan to have two casts, so students likely will not be called to every performance listed below, but students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the performances listed below. Depending on registration we may only have three groups for some roles which will result in fewer shows for each group. Performance dates for each student will be released by November 1st. Please note that the times listed below are performer drop off and pick up times, not the actual show times. More details will be sent closer to theater week. Which groups are listed for

NOTE:
3:00 PM and 8:00PM pick up times are at intermission. If you have tickets to one of these shows and would like your student performer to join you in the audience for the second half, they must also have a ticket. You may exit via the Market St. door to pick up your student and escort them back through that same door to have your tickets scanned and return to your seats.

Pay The Participation Fee By September 13

Once you have registered there is a link in the form to pay the participation fee. You also may pay your Participation Fee here if you accidentally exit out of the window.The Participation Fee for Level 1A and 1B Students is $200 (this is waived for Continuing Scholarship Students or students on Financial Aid who are notified that it is waived). The Participation Fee covers the cost of rehearsal staff, backstage theater staff, and costume creation/maintenance. Performance tickets must be purchased through the Box Office.
