2025 Summer Intensives
Four Week AND Six Week Options
The New Ballet Difference
The New Ballet School Summer Intensive provides high quality, pre-professional ballet training featuring the renowned American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum. A smaller program with expert faculty ensures that students get the individual attention and intensive training they are looking for.
The Summer Intensive can be the first step towards placement as a Company Artist, in the Studio Company and in the Pre-Professional Division. Achieve your goals by training with our world-class ABT certified faculty, including Dalia Rawson and Linh Mai Le.
The Summer Intensive provides a core curriculum of ballet technique, pointe, men's class, and variations, as well as classical and contemporary ballet repertoire. Additional classes may include partnering, modern, contemporary, character, strengthening, Pilates, music for dancers, and Barre à Terre, to help students develop versatility in their dancing. All faculty, classes, and schedules subject to change.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTION: Summer Intensives are an integral part of ballet training and we highly recommend taking advantage of training as many weeks in the Summer as possible to not only maintain your technique, but progress it. We do, however, understand the need for balance for students and are offering new, more flexible schedule options for our Summer Intensives.
If not registering for the full intensives, registration is by drop in. However, these classes are not meant to be registered for sporadically. Students who take advantage of this option should create consistent schedules i.e. sign up for all Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays in the session, sign up for one full week of the intensive, sign up for weeks 2 and 4 of the 4 week intensives, etc.
Tip on drop-in registration: Select each of your dates available by selecting the first date, selecting the dancer participating, and then hitting continue shopping to add each additional date, Select checkout at the end of selecting dates.
If you have any questions on what an acceptable drop in schedule is, please reach out to info@newballet.com
