Free Classes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders!
First Step Classes
Students from local Title 1 schools (San Jose) in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade are eligible for free classes January - May, 2025, including free uniforms. Please see list of schools below. If you are interested and your school is not listed but you believe it is a Title 1 school, please email lburton@newballet.com.
Co-Ed classes will be Mondays 6:00 - 7:00pm or Wednesdays 6:00 - 7:00pm and a Boys specific class will be Saturdays from 9 - 10am starting the week of January 13. Complete the form via the link at the bottom of this page to request a spot. Once submitted more information, including program acceptance confirmation will be provided. These classes will be provided at New Ballet, not the students academic school.
ROLLING ADMISSIONS THROUGH THE MONTH OF JANUARY IN 2025.
At the end of the free semester, up to 10 students will receive full scholarships to matriculate into our 2025 - 2026 full school year.
*Co-Ed classes are first come, first served. You may select a preference, but depending on availability, students may be placed in the other co-ed class or classes may fill up.
**Once your registration is submitted, a representative will reach out to you to confirm your enrollment. If you cannot attend one of the open houses but CAN attend classes regularly, we may be able to schedule an alternate pick date/time for your uniform.
