You have been issued an e-ticket by the Hammer Theatre Center box office. Please enter through the main entrance of the Hammer Theatre Center. Your ticket will be scanned by the Hammer Theatre Center’s ushers. You do not need to print out this ticket. You can open the .pdf on your phone, and the usher can scan the digital ticket.
After scanning your ticket with the ticket usher, you will be directed to the registration table if you have a ticket that include the party as well as the performance. If you have performance only tickets, please move on into the party.
All Individual Party Pass and Family Pass holders will be issued an LED lighted bracelet that serves as your pass into the post-performance party.
All Station Sponsors will be issued an LED lighted necklace that serves as your pass into the party and into premium only areas.
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE CHECK IN AREA WITHOUT A LIGHT UP BRACELET OR NECKLACE IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE PARTY! PLEASE LET YOUR GUESTS KNOW TO BE READY TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS YOUR GUESTS, AND THAT THEY TOO SHOULD GET A BRACELET OR NECKLACE ON CHECK IN.

You will be issued a “Silent Auction Ticket” via email
Open the email titled: “Your New Ballet's Halloween Gala 2025 Silent Auction Ticket: Registration”
Click the button: SET UP BIDDING
Complete the form and add a credit card to bid on items.
The Silent Auction will conclude at 9:30 PM. You do not need to be present to win an auction item, with the exception of two cakes that must be picked up between 9:30 and 10:00pm. For all other items, you will be notified by email, and will receive instructions on how to schedule auction item pick-up.
Seating
Station Sponsors have a reserved seating area in the theatre. Please present your necklace to ushers to be guided to this reserved seating area. When you arrive in the lobby, please let the ushers know if you need ADA accessible seating.
Concessions will be available for purchase prior to the performance, as well as a complementary glass of wine for Station Sponsors and their guests on the Mezzanine Level.
Following the performance all party attendees will have access to Giselle’s Haunted Graveyard with treats and crafts, and the Curtain Call Café and Patio with catering courtesy of Holy Cannoli.
At 8:30 PM, the Sobrato Auditorium will open for the Dance Party.
Station Sponsors will have plated hors d'oeuvres and treats provided at their stations, and a reserved bar with complimentary select Del Dotto wine offerings.

The Hammer Theatre Center is located at 101 Paseo de San Antonio, San Jose, CA 95113.
Doors will open 6pm and only the Main Entrance will be open: 345 S. 1st street

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONThe Hammer Theatre Center is accessible by both the Blue Line and Green Line VTA Light Rail services.
The performance is 1 hour long, and will take place from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM..
The party will take place from 8:00 PM-10:00 PM
Run Time
Costumes are encouraged but certainly not required. Be sure to wear something that is comfortable to sit in for a 1 hour performance. If you wish to be considered for the costume contest, please be sure to be on the dance floor (on stage) between 9:30 and 10:00pm.
