2026/2027 10th Year Celebration Season
New Ballet, the institution that Silicon Valley looks to for excellence in the art of ballet, announces today its 2026/2027 season.
“It’s an honor to announce our new season along with the Company’s 10th anniversary,” said New Ballet Founder and Director Dalia Rawson. “This year is special as we celebrate the founding of New Ballet as well as the expansion of our collaboration with Symphony San Jose. During the upcoming season, New Ballet in partnership with Symphony San Jose plans to have live music for both The San Jose Nutcracker and our spring story ballet, Sleeping Beauty.”

New Ballet exists to elevate the art and discipline of ballet in Silicon Valley. The professional company performs a full season in downtown San Jose, including “The San Jose Nutcracker” at the California Theatre, Fast Forward, and a full length story ballet every spring.

New Ballet is the institution the Silicon Valley looks to for excellence in the art of ballet training. At the only American Ballet Theatre Certified School on the West Coast we provide a positive learning environment in which young dancers can grow and thrive. Dancers leave our institution to go on to join professional companies internationally and to pursue higher degrees a prestigious universities. We provide ballet instruction for ages 2.5 into adulthood.

A deeper connection to the art of classical ballet begins right here. Through the generous support of our donors, we provide performances and training to our San Jose community, including offering over $90,000 in scholarships and financial aid annually. Help us close the cultural access gap in Silicon Valley, making ballet training available to those who may face barriers to access.
