Primary Boys II, Primary B Boys, Primary Flex Boys,
Level 1, 2 and 3 Boys
All boys listed above are eligible for Party Boys, and Boys in Level 2 and 3 will be considered for Fritz and Fritz understudies. Primary Boys II, Primary B Boys and Primary Flex Boys are encouraged to register as Party Boys, but may opt to be Frogs instead. If you choose to be a Frog instead, please register through the Primary Division link given in the invitation email or email school@newballet.com to be sent the Frog information, which is similar to last year and requires less commitment than the role of Party Boy.
Boys in Level 2 and 3 will be considered to be cast for new roles in the battle scene, Racoon and Skunk. If you would prefer not to be cast as BOTH a Racoon or Skunk as well as in the party scene because of the additional rehearsal and performance commitment, please email school@newballet.com right away to let us know that you would prefer to only be in one scene.

Saturdays: 3:00-4:15; October 4th - December 6th (no rehearsal October 25 and November 29)
Sundays: 1:00-2:15; November 1st, November 16th, November 23rd, December 7th
Racoon and Skunk
Saturdays: 1:45-2:45; October 4th - December 6th (no rehearsal October 25 and November 29)
Sundays: 1:00-2:15; November 1st, November 16th, November 23rd, December 7th
Theatre Rehearsal Schedule - Mandatory Availability
Party Boys and Fritz understudies as well as Racoon and Skunk are called to the theatre for rehearsals at the times listed below. We plan to have multiple casts, so students likely may not be called to every rehearsal listed below, but students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the rehearsals listed below. Theater rehearsal dates for each student will be released by November 2nd. More details will be sent closer to theater week.
Party Children (Act 1):
Tech rehearsal: Wednesday, December 10th, 5:00-7:00pm
Tech rehearsal: Thursday, December 11th, 5:15-7:15pm
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 12th, 5:30-8:00pm
Racoon and Skunk (Act 1):
Tech/Dress rehearsal: Wednesday, December 10th, 5:00-7:15pm
Tech/Dress rehearsal: Thursday, December 11th, 5:30-7:30pm
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 12th, 6:15-8:20 pm
Performance Schedule: MANDATORY AVAILABILITY
We plan to have multiple casts, however students may be called to perform in every performance listed below. Students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the performances listed below. Performance dates for each student will be released by November 2nd. Please note that the times listed below are performer estimated drop off and pick up times, not the actual show times. A Theatre Packet with more details will be sent closer to theatre week. The student pick up time for Party Boys and Fritz is at intermission. You must pick your child up outside at the stage door at intermission. If you wish for your student to join you in the audience for act 2 they must have their own ticket.

NOTE: 3:00 PM and 8:00PM pick up times are at intermission. If you have tickets to one of these shows and would like your student performer to join you in the audience for the second half, they must also have a ticket. You may exit via the Market St. door to pick up your student and escort them back through that same door to have your tickets scanned and return to your seats.

Pay The Participation Fee By September 15
Once you have registered there is a link in the form to pay the participation fee. You also may pay your Participation Fee here if you accidentally exit out of the window. The Participation Fee for students performing as Party Boys, Fritz, Racoon and Skunk is $250 (this is waived for Continuing Scholarship Students or students on Financial Aid who are notified that it is waived). The Participation Fee partially covers the cost of rehearsal staff, backstage theater staff, and costume creation/maintenance. Performance tickets must be purchased through the Box Office.
