Theatre Rehearsal Schedule
Students may not be called for all of the Theatre Rehearsals listed below, but should ideally keep all dates and times available until individual Theatre call times are released by November 1.
All rehearsals listed below will take place at the California Theatre. Drop-off and pick-up times may shift slightly as production needs become clearer. Families will be notified of any changes.
We intend to have two groups of Cherries. Depending on registration numbers and casting needs, however, it may be necessary to have only one group, which would result in those students being called for more performances.
Students should ideally have no Theatre Rehearsal conflicts. If you list one Theatre Rehearsal conflict on your registration form, we will do our best to accommodate it. If your student has more than one Theatre Rehearsal conflict, please email school@newballet.com before registering and paying the participation fee so that we can determine whether participation is possible.
As noted in the main registration information, the special conflict policy for December 26 and 27 applies to performances on those dates. We will not limit conflicts on December 26 and 27, but families should list all conflicts on the registration form and make every effort to prioritize participation when possible.

Performance Schedule
Cherries perform in all full-length performances but do not perform in the 11:00 AM performances, as those performances do not include Act II. Depending on registration numbers and casting needs, we may have multiple casts of Cherries, or some students may be cast in every full-length performance. Students should therefore ideally be available for all of the performances listed below.
If your student has up to two Performance conflicts before December 26, please list them on the registration form. If you have additional conflicts, please contact school@newballet.com before registering to determine whether they can be accommodated. As noted in the main registration information, we will not limit Performance conflicts on December 26 and 27. Please still list all conflicts on those dates on your registration form and make every effort to prioritize participation when possible.
Individual Performance Casting will be released by November 1.
Please note that the times listed below are performer drop-off and pick-up times, not the actual performance times. Additional details will be provided closer to Theatre Week.
