Level 2A and 2B Girls

Level 2A and 2B students are eligible to perform the role of Cherries. Cherries dance in the second act. Please note: all schedules are subject to change. Families will be notified of these changes via email. Cherries will need to purchase a liner leotard to wear under their costume.

In-Studio Rehearsal Schedule

Cherries (ACT 2):
Wednesdays:  7:30-8:00pm; October 2, October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30, November 6
Sundays:  2:30-3:30;   November 10th, November 17th, November 24, December 8

Theatre Rehearsal Schedule - Mandatory Availability

Students may or may not be called for all of the times listed, but must keep ALL of these dates available. Final Theater call times will be released by November 1st.  All rehearsals listed below will be at the California Theatre. These drop off and pick up times may shift as production needs become more clear. It is our intent to have two groups of Cherries, but dependent on registration it may be necessary to have one group or three groups, which would then dictate fewer or more performances for each group.

Cherries (ACT 2):
Tech rehearsal: Wednesday, December 11th, 7:30-9:15pm Group 1
Tech rehearsal: Thursday, December 12th, 7:30-9:15pm Group 2
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 13th, 6:45-9:00pm Group 1

Performance Schedule: MANDATORY AVAILABILITY

Cherries are in all full performances, but not the 11am performance as they do not appear in Act 1.  We plan to have multiple casts, so students likely will not be called to every performance listed below, but students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the performances listed below. Performance dates for each student will be released by November 1st. Please note that the times listed below are performer drop off and pick up times, not the actual show times. More details will be sent closer to theater week.

Pay The Participation Fee By September 13

Once you have registered there is a link in the form to pay the participation fee. You also may pay your Participation Fee here if you accidentally exit out of the window. The Participation Fee for Level 2A and 2B Students is $200 (this is waived for Continuing Scholarship Students or students on Financial Aid who are notified that it is waived). The Participation Fee covers the cost of rehearsal staff, backstage theater staff, and costume creation/maintenance. Performance tickets must be purchased through the Box Office.
