Levels 3A and 3B
Level 3A and 3B students are eligible to perform one the role of Party Girl. Please note: all schedules are subject to change. Families will be notified of these changes via email. Party Girls will need to purchase liner leotards, black ballet shoes and flesh toned tights.

Party Children (ACT 1):
Saturdays: 3:00-4:15; October 5th - December 7th (no rehearsal November 30)
Sundays: 1:00-2:15; November 10th, November 17th, November 24, December 8
Theatre Rehearsal Schedule - Mandatory Availability
Level 3A and 3B students will be called to Theater Rehearsals at the times listed below. We plan to have multiple casts, so students likely may not be called to every rehearsal listed below, but students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the rehearsals listed below. Theater rehearsal dates for each student will be released by November 1st. More details will be sent closer to theater week.

Tech rehearsal: Wednesday, December 11th, 5:00-7:00pm
Tech rehearsal: Thursday, December 12th, 5:15-7:15pm
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 13th, 6:00-8:00pm
Performance Schedule: MANDATORY AVAILABILITY
We plan to have multiple casts, so students likely will not be called to every performance listed below, but students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the performances listed below. We plan to have 2 or 3 casts, depending on enrollment, so students will likely perform in 3 or 4 shows. Performance dates for each student will be released by November 1st. Please note that the times listed below are performer drop off and pick up times, not the actual show times. More details will be sent closer to theater week.

NOTE: 3:00 PM and 8:00PM pick up times are at intermission. If you have tickets to one of these shows and would like your student performer to join you in the audience for the second half, they must also have a ticket. You may exit via the Market St. door to pick up your student and escort them back through that same door to have your tickets scanned and return to your seats.

Pay The Participation Fee By September 13
Once you have registered there is a link in the form to pay the participation fee. You also may pay your Participation Fee here if you accidentally exit out of the window. The Participation Fee for Level 3A and 3B Students is $225 (this is waived for Continuing Scholarship Students or students on Financial Aid who are notified that it is waived). The Participation Fee covers the cost of rehearsal staff, backstage theater staff, and costume creation/maintenance. Performance tickets must be purchased through the Box Office.
