THEATRE REHEARSAL SCHEDULE - MANDATORY AVAILABILITY

Party Children will be called to Theater Rehearsals at the times listed below. Students should arrive to rehearsal in full hair and makeup.

Tech rehearsal: Wednesday, December 11th, 5:00-7:00pm - Party Girls Group 3, Party Boys Group 1
Tech rehearsal: Thursday, December 12th, 5:15-7:15pm - Party Girls Group 2, Party Boys Group 2
Dress rehearsal: Friday, December 13th, 6:00-8:00pm - Party Girls Group 1, Party Boys Group 1

Performance Schedule: MANDATORY AVAILABILITY

Students MUST BE AVAILABLE for all the performances listed below. Please note that the times listed below are performer drop off and pick up times, not the actual show times. Please see note below about pick up during intermission.

Please arrive on time, but do not arrive earlier than the listed time. If students are late or absent for any reason, please text 310-237-8790 with student name and role.

NOTE: 3:00 PM and 8:00PM pick up times are at intermission. If you have tickets to one of these shows and would like your student performer to join you in the audience for the second half, they must also have a ticket. You may exit via the Market St. door to pick up your student and escort them back through that same door to have your tickets scanned and return to your seats.

New Ballet was founded in 2016 by local dancer, choreographer and ballet teacher Dalia Rawson. New Ballet is the institution that San Jose and Silicon Valley looks to for excellence in the art of ballet. We provide exceptional ballet productions and a positive learning environment in which young dancers can grow and thrive. At the New Ballet we believe ballet is for everyone.

Attire, Hair, and Makeup

Party Girls
Party Girls’ Attire: Arrive in pink tights and black ballet slippers (single elastic), with flesh colored liner leotard
Make - up: Foundation, light eyeliner, mascara, pink blush and lipstick to suit skin tone
Hair: Hair should be worn in a medium-low bun with a middle part. If hair is too short for a bun, a fake bun must be purchased and worn. EXAMPLE HERE

Party Boys and Fritz
Arrive in full uniform, white shirt, black tights with black shoes
Makeup: Foundation, light eyeliner, neutral blush and lipstick
Hair: Neat hair (do not get your hair cut after November 23) and please keep hair in an approved hair style. No shaven heads, short buzz cuts or other very short styles. Ask Ms Rawson for any clarifications.
