Congratulations on receiving a preliminary Casting of Dewdrop or Frog!

Dewdrops and Frogs appear for a brief appearance at the top of the second act and do not appear in the 11:00am performance. Please note: all schedules are subject to change. Families will be notified of these changes via email. Dewdrops will need to purchase a white or flesh toned liner leotard to wear under their costume. These groups are a draft. Please notify us if you see any dates which conflict with your stated availaibilty, but understand that these groupings are preliminary and may change. Final Groups and Performance casting will be announced on or before Nov. 1.

In-Studio Rehearsal Schedule

Theatre Rehearsal Schedule

Students may not be called for all of the rehearsal times listed below, but should keep all of these dates and times available. Individual Theatre Rehearsal schedules will be released closer to Theatre Week. These groups are preliminary, and please let us know if you see any conflicts with your stated availability.

All rehearsals listed below will take place at the California Theatre.

Tech/Dress Rehearsal:
Thursday, December 17, 5:00–6:30 PM (Groups 1 and 2)

Dress Rehearsal:
Friday, December 18, 6:50–9:00 PM (Group 1)

Performance Schedule

Dewdrop Fairies and Frogs will perform in the performances listed below. We anticipate casting each student in at least one and up to three performances.

Individual Performance Casting will be released by November 1. Please note that the times listed below are performer drop-off and pick-up times, not the actual performance times. Pickup time may be closer to five to ten minutes after the hour depending on the run time of any individual show, particularly as some shows require a later start due to audiences not taking their seats promptly.

As noted on the main registration page, we will not limit conflicts on December 26 and 27. Please list all known conflicts on your registration form and make every effort to prioritize performances when possible.
